What Should I Do After Receiving My Vietnam eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card?

After receiving our email confirming that your Vietnam eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card has been issued, here is what you should do to ensure a smooth entry process.

- Print/download your eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card: Carry a printed (paper) copy of your  eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card approval with you when you travel.

- Prepare supporting documents: Have your passport, invitation letter, business card, and any other relevant documents ready.

- Use approved entry points: Ensure you arrive at one of the airports or seaports you selected when applying for your eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card.

- Plan your travel within the visa validity: You must enter Vietnam before the expiration date stated on your eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card.

- Complete immigration formalities: Upon arrival, proceed to the eVisa/Pre-Arrival Card immigration counter. The immigration officer will verify your documents.
