Once your payment has been completed, we will begin processing your application immediately. Please note that the government verification process may take some time before your application can be officially approved. Processing times vary depending on the service option you choose (Standard, Emergency, or Rush). Should any additional documents or information be required, we will notify you via email. Once the required documents are provided, we will continue processing your application accordingly.
1. Before Submission
* If you cancel before the Government accept your information, you will be charged 5% for the refund processing fee only.
2. Late Delivery
* If we do not provide your FMM result or any status update within the selected processing time, we will refund the 50% service fee.
* If you selected Rush or Emergency Service, the Rush/Emergency Fee will be refunded.
* Within 3 hours from the time we email you the FMM Result, you need to confirm if you receive it or not. After that time, it shall be considered that you have received your FMM Result and the service shall be considered complete.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested FMM at the time of your intended departure. Our FMM Experts cannot be held responsible for any FMM granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect FMM information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any FMM issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.
We strongly recommend that you check your FMM information with your passport and personal information prior to departure.
The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 03 - 05 days due to banking procedures to be reversed back to the same Credit / Debit card number / Paypal account which was used for payment.
