Document Requirements

Azerbaijan eVisa application requires the applicants to submit the following document:

- Color passport bio page

• Valid for 6 months or more

• Format: JPEG / PDF

• Size: < 2MB

• Show your biographical data (name, country of birth, date of birth, passport number, expiration date, etc.)
