Document Requirements

Pakistan eVisa application requires the applicants the following document

1. Passport Bio page:

• Format: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP

• Size: < 2MB

• Show your biographical data (name, country of birth, date of birth, passport number, expiration date, etc...)

2. Passport-size colored photo:

• Format: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP

• Size: < 2MB

• Without borders

• Must show your full face, opening eyes, and front view with a plain white or off-white background

• NO SHADOW on the face or in the background

• Show the full center head from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin

• DO NOT take a photograph or scan the photo in your passport

3. Letter by Sponsor/Hotel - Letter by Operator:

• Recognized by the Department of Tourist services

** NOTE: 
If the applicants are children under 18 years of age, please provide:
- Photo of the child’s detailed birth certificate.
- Copy of passports or other form of photo ID for both parents (Full page including signature).
- Parent Consent Form for Visa (Both parents must provide consent, or a single parent may do so if he or she is the sole custodian of the child as per legal documents).
*Consent Form must be completed according to our attached template
