Document Requirements

Brazil eVisa application requires the applicants the following document:

I. For tourism / transit:

- Passport-size colored photo

- Passport Bio page

Note: Additional documents for minor (below the age of 18):

• Notarized Authorization Letter* for Brazilian Visa Issuance to a Minor, signed by both parents with official stamp and signature

• Original birth certificate and one copy

• Copy of passports or other form of photo ID for both parents - Mother (full page including signature)

• Copy of passports or other form of photo ID for both parents - Father (full page including signature)

• Statement of non-citizenship (only if the applicant was born in Brazil, or previously held Brazilian nationality, or the parents traveling with the minor are Brazilian)

*Notarized Authorization Letter / Statement of non-citizenship must be completed according to our attached template.

*If the mother's name on the child's birth certificate is different from the name on her passport (commonly due to surname changes after marriage), please upload the parents' marriage certificate as supporting evidence of the name change and parent-child relationship.

II. For business:

- Passport-size colored photo

- Passport Bio page

Note: For business travel, individuals must be at least 18 years old.

► Scanned Bio-Page of the Passport Requirements:

• Passport: should have at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival in Brazil and 2 blank pages

• Clearly show your biographical data (name, country of birth, date of birth, passport number, expiration date, etc...)

• Format: JPEG / JPG

• Size: 10 - 300 KB

► Personal Photo Requirements:

• Format: JPEG

• Size: 10 KB - 1 MB

• Without borders

• Must show your full face, opening eyes, front view with a plain white background

• NO SHADOW on the face or on the background

• Show the full center head from the top of hair to the bottom of the chin

• NO SMILING, NO SPECTACLES

• Do not wear a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hairline

• DO NOT take a photograph or scan the photo in your passport

• Must be taken within the past 6 months, showing your current appearance

• Must be in COLOR

• Must be taken in normal street attire. Uniforms should NOT BE worn in photographs except religious attire that is worn daily

Other scanned Document Requirements:

• Format: PDF
• Size: 10 KB - 300 KB
• Documents must be in English

Beside these documents, you also need a valid Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard) to complete the eVisa application.

III. For attending events and exhibitions (For the People's Republic of China only):

- Passport-size colored photo

- Passport Bio page

- Flight ticket

- Document confirming the applicant/company's participation in an event or exhibition (e.g., exhibitor list, booth allocation, organizer confirmation, or participation contract).
